How does the half price first month actually work?+
Enter code HALFPRICE at the Stripe checkout when you sign up. Your first payment is automatically charged at 50% — so £24.50 for Starter, £39.50 for Growth. From month two onwards it reverts to the full plan price automatically. No action needed from you.
Is the 3-month pack genuinely one-off with no renewal?+
Yes. You pay £149 once, receive 60 posts across 2 platforms all at once, and that's it. There is no subscription, no auto-renewal, and no follow-up charge. The content is yours with no expiry. When you're ready for more, you can choose a plan or buy another pack — completely your decision.
How does billing work?+
Monthly plans are billed on the same calendar date each month via Stripe. You receive a receipt automatically after each charge. The 3-month pack is a single one-time payment. All billing is handled by Stripe — we never see your card details.
Can I cancel at any time — even the day after signing up?+
Yes. Send one email to info@aiagencymedia.online with the word "cancel" and we'll stop your next payment immediately. No notice period, no cancellation fee, no guilt trip. We don't believe in trapping people.
What if I'm not happy with the content?+
Reply to the email your content arrives in with your feedback — specific changes, tone adjustments, anything. We'll rewrite the posts at no charge. There's no limit on revisions and we don't charge for them. If the whole batch feels wrong, we redo it.
Do I need to commit to a 3-month pack or can I go month to month?+
Monthly plans are genuinely month-to-month with no minimum commitment. You pay for one month at a time. The 3-month pack is a separate product for people who prefer a larger one-off purchase over a recurring subscription — both are valid options.
