Information you provide directly

When you sign up, contact us, or complete our onboarding form we may collect your name, business name, email address, social media platform preferences, and any information included in messages to us.

Business contact data for outreach

We find and use publicly available business contact information for legitimate business-to-business cold outreach. This is carried out on the basis of legitimate interest under UK GDPR. Every email includes a clear opt-out option — reply STOP and you are immediately and permanently removed.

Website data

Our website may collect standard technical data through Netlify's hosting infrastructure. We do not use advertising trackers or sell data to third parties.

3. How we use your information

• To deliver our social media content creation service
• To communicate with you about your account and content
• To process payments (handled entirely by Stripe — we never see your card details)
• To send relevant marketing emails to business contacts on the basis of legitimate interest
• To improve our services

4. Your rights under UK GDPR

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time. You may also object to processing based on legitimate interest or request restriction of processing. Email info@aiagencymedia.online to exercise any of these rights — we respond within 30 days.

5. Data sharing

We do not sell or share your data for marketing purposes. We share data only with Stripe (payments), Google (Places API for business discovery), Netlify (hosting), and Anthropic (AI content generation). Each has their own privacy policy governing their data use.

6. Data retention

We retain client data for as long as necessary to deliver our services and for 6 years in compliance with UK tax requirements. Business contact data is retained until an opt-out is received, at which point it is added to a permanent suppression list.
