These Terms of Service govern your use of Agency Media's website and services. By using our services, you agree to these Terms.
Agency Media is a social media content creation service operated as a sole trader registered in England and Wales. Contact: info@aiagencymedia.online
Agency Media provides social media content including monthly subscription plans (Starter and Growth), one-off 3-month content packs, and referral partnership arrangements. Content is delivered electronically. We do not guarantee specific outcomes such as follower counts or revenue as these depend on factors outside our control.
Monthly subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring monthly basis via Stripe. One-off products are a single charge. The first month discount (code HALFPRICE) applies to the first billing cycle only. If a payment fails we will notify you by email — access to services may be suspended after 7 days of non-payment.
Cancel your monthly subscription at any time by emailing info@aiagencymedia.online. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds for partial months. One-off products are non-refundable once content has been delivered.
Upon full payment, all content we create for you becomes your property. You may use, modify, and publish it without restriction. Agency Media retains the right to reference our work as a portfolio example unless you explicitly request otherwise in writing.
We offer unlimited rewrites at no charge. Reply to the delivery email with your feedback and we will deliver revised content within 48 hours. There is no limit on revision requests.
Referral partners earn 20% commission on the first 3 months of subscription fees from each referred client. Commission is calculated on net payments received. Payments are made monthly. Agency Media reserves the right to modify the commission rate with 30 days' notice to existing partners.
Agency Media's liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the month the issue arose. We are not liable for indirect losses including loss of business, profits, or reputational damage.
These Terms are governed by English law. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
